Family Bonds offers services to families that have visited Family Law Court to dispute parental rights over their children and received proper documentation, such as a Court Order, Minute Order, and Stipulation provided by an attorney and signed by both parents, describing visitations supervised by a professional. Family Law 3200.5 requires Monitors have training include Family and Juvenile Law basics. Often times, Family Law Courts require scheduled, monitored visits be between a child and the non-custodial parent in the presence of a neutral third-party (monitor) designed to provide a measure of safety. It is illegal to deliberately defy any Court Order.
