Orientation Policy
Orientation consists of a comprehensive review of the case and the terms and conditions prior to the first supervised visit. We will discuss each party’s role and have an opportunity for questions. Each participant (parent, child aged 14+, and guests) will participate in separate orientations and are expected to engage fully and comply with the supervisor’s guidelines in good faith. The individual designated by the court or signed stipulation to pay is responsible for payment. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, participants must provide notice at least 24 hours in advance, or incur a cancelation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fee, and a new orientation must be scheduled and paid for before visitations can commence. Failure to pay the orientation fee will result in the cancellation of the scheduled session and may delay visitations.
